28 Aug BLESSING OF THE NEW TERTIANSHIP CHAPEL
In the room where Saint Raphaela died, we have inaugurated a new chapel that will now be used by the tertianship community.
Both those of us preparing for our final profession as well as some of the sisters from the General Curia community participated in the emotional celebration that took place this past Friday. The chapel was blessed by Father Alberto Toutin, Superior General of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts.
In this place in which, as Father Alberto reminded us, Saint Raphaela “gave her final and complete YES to God,” we all felt a little closer to her and were filled with a greater desire to continue renewing our small daily “yeses.”
We hope that this space continues to provide us with moments of profound encounter with the Lord and with our foundress.
