18 Feb GC XXI. the intimate understanding and relishing of the truth. [SE 2]
For the last few days, we have been savoring, praying over, and discussing the richness not only of the material that has enlightened us (hope, social economy of solidarity, education, reparative dialogue, etc.), but also the particular mode that has been allowing certain nuances of life and hope to emerge. The dialogical method takes time, attention, and an emptying of self so as to be able to receive what may emerge in a group, but it does lead to communal discernment. As we close this week, we are grateful for how the Spirit has been moving among us and for the shape that this will give to the work of the General Congregation that will follow as we begin the work of the postulates on Monday.
Saturday, we traveled to Córdoba and to Pedro Abad to visit the places that mark the history of our Foundresses. We hope the photos share the excitement of the day when we post them later today!
Thank you all for your prayerful support. That which is stirring and developing here is fruit of the movement of the Spirit in the entire Institute.
A big hug!
